These conditions can result in difficulties with sexual functioning. That means that you have the opportunity to help your clients identify these causes and make recommendations for a greener life and healthier, more enjoyable sex.

Ecosexology is a way to look at sexual functioning through an environmental lens in order to examine the potential environmental causes of sexual disorder. With Ecosexology, you will learn how to assess and address these concerns with your clients.

We are all part of an ever-changing world and the effects of our environmental exposure can impact our sex lives. Do you have clients who want to experience a more eco-friendly lifestyle both inside and out?

Many people are making the effort to “go green” when it comes to their diets and everyday household products. It is time that we go green in the bedroom, too. After all, many pleasure products are used on the skin or inside the body!

Even with a healthy lifestyle, exposure to toxic chemicals in the environment is part of everyday life. Many people who experience environmental illnesses will seek out medical attention, but what often gets overlooked is how exposure to toxic chemicals can impact sexual functioning.
